Approximately one million shelter animals are euthanized in the US every year. At the same time, many of our country’s Veterans are experiencing symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). As many as 22 Veterans take their own life everyday.
Pets for Vets® founder Clarissa Black has created a solution by building a bridge between both populations by rescuing and training shelter animals for Veterans. Our program is provided at no cost to the Veterans. Her unique program customizes each match by ascertaining the superpowers of both the Veteran and the animal to create a Super Bond®. Potential animals are given the agency to choose to participate in the program based on their behavioral responses.
Pets for Vets® is looking to partner with trainers and shelters across the country to continue to expand the program. Clarissa has created a generous opportunity for R+ trainers located anywhere in the United States to join her team while keeping a flexible schedule, earning stipends, and receiving professional development opportunities. Shelters can also partner with Pets for Vets by providing animal recommendations based on behavior profiles that match our Veterans’ personality and lifestyle profiles.

Clean Run is a small, family-oriented business and their employees truly care about each and every order. They believe that you deserve friendly, knowledgeable, and timely service. They don't spend money on advertising—they rely on word-of-mouth referrals from customers to build the business. That means they need to go the extra mile to deliver more than you expect!
Clean Run offers a variety of unique, high-quality products for people who are active in canine performance sports as well as for the dogs—things that you won't find in the "big box" stores. Before adding a product to the store, both the human and canine office staff tests the item for usability and quality. If they wouldn't use it themselves, they won't sell it.
